This self-contained elevated home has extensive coastal views. In clear
Weather this view extends to the snow capped peaks of the Kaikouras
in the South Island. The home is 90 minutes from Featherston by car
on mostly tar-sealed roads. Handy to Cape Palliser light house, Seal
Colony, access to Forest Park and Ngawi Fishing Village with it's own
nine hole golf course, tearoom (basic grocery/liquor items). Built new
2004.

Large open plan living. One bedroom with King-size bed. Screened area
adjoining lounge has fold down couch. Portable single bed. Outdoor living
area. Log fire (wood supplied), electric heating, electric oven, gas
hob and hot water, microwave, fridge freezer, radio/tape/CD. You need
to bring your own linen - sheets, towels, etc (or can be supplied on
request - see over), food and rubbish bags to dispose of your own rubbish.
We expect guests to leave the house clean and tidy on departure.
Please…we prefer no pets.
NB: This house is designed to be wheelchair friendly.
