This self-contained elevated home has extensive coastal views. In clear weather these views extend to the snow capped peaks of the Kaikouras in the South Island. The home is 90 minutes from Featherston by car on mostly tar-sealed roads. Handy to Cape Palliser light house, Seal Colony, access to Forest Park and Ngawi Fishing Village with it's own nine-hole golf course, tearoom (basic grocery/liquor items). House renovated 2005.

Large open plan living, two bedrooms (Bed 1. Queen bed; Bed 2. Double bed bunk with single over plus 2 singles, 2 single Divans in lounge). Spacious deck. Log fire (wood supplied). Electric heating, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, radio/tape/CD. Shower, toilet, auto washing machine. Pillows, Duvets, blankets for all beds. You need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels, etc.) food and rubbish bag to dispose of your own rubbish. We expect guests to leave house clean and tidy on departure. Please...We prefer no pets
